Hardware Installation & Support

Our hardware assistance covers many scenarios, ranging from simple installations to the repair of enterprise equipment. All of our engineers are trained to the highest of standards and can be trusted to make executive decisions while working under pressure and with equipment.

  • Configuration control, tracking, integration, upgrades, installation, and staging support for hardware.

  • Operational problem escalation management for our onsite delivery effort.

  • Technical assistance, engineering support, and repair of vendor equipment.

  • Physically install switches, routers, firewalls, Virtual Private Network (VPN) hardware, console interfaces, racks and other associated/similar hardware.

  • Perform independent verification and validation to baseline hardware network

  • Inventory check, labeling, and serial number recording

Inside Plant Cabling Installation Support

Our inside plant cabling installation support covers many scenarios, ranging from simple installations to the repair of copper and fiber cabling. All of our engineers are trained to the highest of standards and can be trusted to make executive decisions while working under pressure and with equipment.

​The full extent of our inside plant cabling installation support services include:

​

  • Install, terminate, label, and repair cables (copper and fiber) in accordance with customer provided work orders and/or engineering solutions.

  • Install supporting conveyance, patch panels and trunks in accordance with customer provided work orders and/or engineering solutions.

  • Install transport equipment and/or other related equipment.

  • Ability to use troubleshooting equipment including OTDR/Light Meter, TBERD, Ethernet Test Set, Toner, etc..

  • Maintain transmission equipment to ensure uptime of primary and redundant network facilities.

  • Perform moves/adds/changes of equipment as needed.

Preventive Maintenance Support
